We have partnered with Event Connect to provide families and teams with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience. Our event is a Stay & Play event for teams traveling from out of town. Please book rooms through our Official Travel Partner to ensure that our discounted room blocks are used. The hotels are holding discounted rooms for our event so we don't want them to go unused.

How The Process Works

Club directors Click Here or on the Event Connect logo. Once you have found the hotel that best fits your club needs (space available basis) you can block your rooms for free and share your own club/team specific link with your team. Individuals may also use the system to book one room at a time.

• If there is an event cancellation then all fees due to the hotel are protected.
