Event Connect Discounted Hotel Reservations
 

We have partnered with Event Connect to provide families and teams with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience. Our event is a Stay & Play event for teams traveling from out of town. Please book rooms through our official travel partner to ensure that our discounted room blocks are used. The hotels are holding discounted rooms for our event so we don't want them to go unused.

How The Process Works

Registered teams will receive an Event Connect dashboard to manage hotel options for their teams. Clubs and teams may set up their own block for no charge by pulling rooms out of the main event block and then send their own link to their families.

• If there is an event cancellation then all fees due to the hotel are protected.

• Rooms will book quickly so please make your team arrangements as soon as you register.
